Each 8 x 10 booth includes 1 8-foot table and 2 chairs. Each booth will also have pipe and drape eight feet high on the back and both sides. Electricity is available at a cost of $25 per booth. Booths may not be shared with another vendor. Additional tables are available only with prior arrangements for $10 each. They must be ordered and paid for with your application.
Parking is free at the Grand Hotel underground parking. Additional parking is available on the street as well as the Pringle Plaza.

Additional rules and information:
- Number of vendor badges allowed per vendor: (8 x10) =2 (8 x 20) =3
- No displays or products of a pornographic nature are allowed. This includes fabric with such images printed on it.
- No animals except service animals
- No displays of merchandise shall be taller than the top of the drape (8′)
- No ingestion of alcohol allowed 6 hours prior to, or during the show.
Load and setup into the Oregon Quilt Show 2023 will begin at 10am on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, and must be completed by 5pm on that day. Vehicles allowed in the Salem Convention Center from 10am – 5pm on January 25, 2023. If you cannot load in that day, the SCC will open at 8:00am January 26, 2023. You must be set up before the show opens at 10am.
Take down of any booth is not to occur in any way prior to the official closing of the show. A closing announcement will be made. No U-Haul, trucks or moving vans or trailers are to be parked in front of the Oregon Convention Center building or along the curb prior to the show closing announcement. Closing announcement will go at approximately 5:00 pm on January 28, 2023. The SCC will remain open until 7:00 pm on the day of teardown.
Indemnification, Hold Harmless and Release:
Vendors shall be liable for and pay all costs and expenses arising from any and all injuries, damages or losses of any kind, to any person or property that may arise from Vendor rental and occupation of sales space and related common areas at the event. By signing this contract, the Vendor hereby expressly releases the Oregon Quilt Festival, its planning committee, Marion County, Salem Convention Center, Whitlocks Sewing Center, Will~n~Bee’z Quilt and Coffee shop, its Officers, Directors, Shareholders, employees and independent contractors and volunteers from any and all liability. For example, any injury, damage or loss of any person or property that may arise from Vendor’s rental and occupation of exhibit space and related common areas at the event, loss or theft to your merchandise and/or products-services entered in or displayed at the show or brought on to the Salem Convention Center, and any other matter related thereto.
In addition, by signing this agreement, each vendor will save and hold harmless the Oregon Quilt Festival, its planning committee, Marion County, Salem Convention Center, Whitlocks Sewing Center, Will~n~Bee’z Quilt and Coffee shop, its Officers, Directors, Shareholders, employees and independent contractors volunteers and independent contractors and all partners jointly, severally, and privately, and defend the same from all claims of damages, suits and actions of every kind including attorney fees at trial and on appeal.
Oregon Quilt Festival does not insure any booth, quilts or other product/property of the Vendors. Each Vendor must have his or her own insurance in place. Oregon Quilt Festival is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred prior to show opening, during the show or during the take-down process.
I agree to abide by the terms of this Contract and these rules and understand that any violation may result in not being invited to participate in future Oregon Quilt Festival shows or directed to end your participation and personally leave the premises.
I, the duly authorized representative of the undersigned organization, agree to the terms of this Contract and the rules and regulations associated with my involvement as a vendor.

Application fees: 50% deposit by November 15,2022. Balance due no later than December 30, 2022, to hold your booth for the 2023 Oregon Quilt Festival. Make checks payable to Oregon Quilt Festival. If for some reason a conflict arises, a full refund is available until November 30, 2022, and a 50% refund until December 30, 2022. After December 31, 2022, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
