quilt registration

Up to 4 Quilts per entry form - fee $20.

• Open Pre Registration: November 1, 2024, until February 20, 2025 at 4:00pm. Send by email to OQFforms@gmail.com. Payment is due at Intake.
• Intake date for Quilts is February 21st & 22nd from 10-4 at Will-N-Bee'z, or by special arrangements made ahead of time during intake. Payment due at this time.

Return of Quilts after show on March 1st from 6pm - 7pm or by special arrangements.

Quilt Show Rules

1. Each Exhibitor may enter a maximum of 4 quilts.
2. Each entry must have a color photo named by title (no smaller than a 4x6).
3. All quilts must consist of 3 layers (top, batting and backing) and be quilted by hand or machine. Quilting must be visible from the back. Tied quilts are only allowed in the Junior Division.
4. All quilts have a maximum width of 96".
5. Each quilt must have a cloth label sewn to the bottom of the backside of the quilt. Please include at least your name and phone number.
6. No entries previously entered at the Oregon Quilt Festival.
7. The Quilt show committee reserves the right to refuse any quilt that is soiled, damaged, has pet hair on it, or smells of smoke, perfume, pet, or other odors. The committee also may adjust the category as needed.
8. The entry fee is $20 for up to 4 quilts plus $10 for judging fee per quilt. Payment is due at Intake, February 21st & 22nd. By entering your item, you are giving Oregon Quilt Festival and quilt show visitors permission to photograph your quilt.
9. A confirmation letter will be delivered by email after receipt of your completed entry form. Anyone without an email address can request a telephone confirmation.
