Gina Siembieda

Educator

Gina Siembieda started sewing at age 12, when her Grandmother gave her a sewing machine. It was love at first stitch and she has been sewing ever since. Her love of quilting was born in 1985 when she bought her first hand-quilted Amish quilt in Lancaster, PA. Soon after, she joined a quilt guild,

learned to quilt, and began teaching others! She is excited to share her passion for quilting. Gina bought her first longarm quilting machine in 2003 and currently quilts on a Handi Quilter Infinity with Pro-Stitcher and a Handi Quilter Forte with Pro-Stitcher. She comes from a long line of teachers and has taught machine quilting on both longarm and domestic machines. She has had quilts

entered at Road to CA, has received blue ribbons at County Fairs and has been honored to be the featured quilter for one of her guild’s quilt show.

Gina currently belongs to two quilt guilds, one of which is Tehachapi Mountain Quilters. When she is not quilting, she and her husband enjoy spending time with their three beautiful grandbabies, which, of course, are their pride and joy!
